Scouting

Second Reformed Church is the chartering organization for the Boy Scouts of America here in Zeeland, MI.  We have many opportunities for people of all ages to be involved in scouting!

Cub Scout Pack 3048 is for elementary students and their families with weekly den meetings, camping trips, craft projects, Pine Wood Derby, and many more fun activities that all uphold the values of scouting. Contact Adrian Driver (adrian.driver@outlook.com) for more information.

Boy Scout Troop 21 is for boys 11 to 17 years old. Troop 21 is a very active troop with frequent camping trips, adventure outings, service projects, and fun activities all year round. Contact Ryan Markley (odie532@gmail.com) or Neil Besteman (nbesteman@gmail.com) for more information.

Troop 2 (aka “Second Troop”) is West Michigan’s very first Scouts BSA Troop for girls! All girls ages 11 to 17 are welcome to join. Contact Kim Stark (kaspring1@hotmail.com) or Neil Besteman (nbesteman@gmail.com) for more information.

All of our Scouting programs seek to build character, citizenship, and personal fitness.  Come join the 100+ years of Boy Scouting in America!
